Project Info

The project is of unique construction, featuring a metal skeleton created by construction technology company ConXtech.  This construction includes a “snap-and-go” technique in which prefabricated steel beams snap into place as opposed to being welded together.  This steel frame “chassis based modular building system” resulted in a shorter-than-normal construction period and its added strength makes for a more fire resistant project.
